Every person I was in contact with was friendly and professional from the time I walked in until the moment I walked out. The office was clean and organized, all staff was knowledgeable and my entire appointment was completed in a timely manner.

Judging by other reviews, they must be selective about who gets good customer service. I found the receptionist rude and condescending and am looking for a new optometrist after this morning's appointment.

Dr. J and her technicians are phenomenal! I came in with my 3 children, 7 and under, and they didn't even flinch. Enough good cannot be said about family friendly establishments like this one. Reception staff is so warm and efficient! I've been going to Advanced Optometry since I was in middle school. I'm definitely a life long customer!
